Tasha McKinney, Paralegal. Tasha McKinney has been with the firm since April 2005, where she handles probates and guardianships. She is a native of Southport, North Carolina, and resides there with her husband and son. In her spare time she enjoys reading and biking.
Kathleen O’Malley, Paralegal. Kathleen O’Malley has been with the firm since January 2009. She works mainly on estate planning and Medicaid cases, but also handles applications for veterans’ benefits. Originally from the Washington, D.C. area, Kathleen moved to Wilmington from New York City where she attended St. John’s University.
Celeste Pinyatello, Bookkeeper. Celeste Pinyatello has been with the firm since April 2007 as bookkeeper. She is from upstate New York, moving to Wilmington in 1980. Celeste is a single mom of a son, Tyler. In her spare time she volunteers as a Fire Fighter/EMT since 2005.
