Attorney Aileen Wu Viorel, J.D. has developed a practice emphasizing Litigation in various areas including will  caveats actions and contests to trusts, breaches of fiduciary duty, guardianship, special needs, real estate, and other general civil litigation.

Meet our attorneys:

Andrew Olsen is the senior attorney in the Elder Law Firm of Andrew Olsen in Wilmington, NC, where he practices in the areas of elder law, estate planning probate, guardianship, alternative dispute resolution, estate and trust litigation, special needs planning and veteran’s benefits.

He received his B.A. degree from Pomona College and his J.D. from Georgetown University. Mr. Olsen is a member of the North Carolina State Bar Association, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and is a Board member of the Elder Law section of the North Carolina Bar Association. He is a North Carolina Board certified specialist in Elder Law and a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) by the National Elder Law Foundation.

Mr. Olsen is a frequent speaker on topics including Probate, Veterans Benefits, Long Term Care Planning, and Estate Planning, to attorneys and other professionals.

Aileen Wu Viorel, received her B.A. in Psychology from Pomona College in Claremont, CA and her J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law. In 1997 Aileen served as a legal extern to the Honorable Susan Illston for the Northern District of California in San Francisco, California. Aileen practiced law at Allen-Matkins in San Francisco and  locally at Shipman & Wright, LLP for nearly six years. Aileen has developed a practice emphasizing her Litigation Practice, which encompasses  various areas of civil litigation, including fiduciary duty, guardianship disputes, special education law, will caveats, real estate litigation, employment litigation, and general civil litigation.
Attorney Aileen Wu Viorel is conversant in Mandarin Chinese. She has served her community through both Habitat for Humanity and East Palo Alto Volunteer Attorney Program.
